I would like to take the opportunity to express how impressed and completely satisfied with the service that I received when selling my property through Millsopps King's Lynn.

From the first contact when Gary called to appraise and explain how my flat would be marketed and explained the costs and timescale to putting it on the market, and then offered to take photos while he was there to save time if we decided to go ahead.

Having declined this offer to take the photos I then changed my mind after Gary had left, I phoned the office to speak to him and he kindly offered to come back late on the same day a Friday afternoon and took the photos.

I was extremely surprised and impressed to receive in Saturdays post the printed example flyer complete with photos for my approval and promptly asked Millsopps to market my flat.

The process of marketing my flat went as planned with the details appearing on rightmove website and detailed reports being sent to me each week and Dale had visited to familiarise himself with layout of flat etc.

I felt confident that the flat would sell and sell quickly and that Millsopps would achieve me the best price possible and this is what happened.

The service provided exceeded my expectations and I found both Gary and Dale both very helpful even with trying to help me with the purchase of my current property even though this was with another agent.
