Marketing Methods

  • Coverage on local TV and Radio where appropriate
  • Matching properties to suitable buyers via email or mobile phone
  • Provision of 3-D floor plans and 360 degree walk rounds
  • Offering accompanied viewings 7 days a week
  • Managing Open House weekends

In addition to local advertising, for suitable properties we also arrange national coverage with targeted advertising and editorial features.

 

Home Information Pack (HIP)

Before marketing can commence, homeowners with 3 or more bedrooms must legally provide a Home Information Pack. The aim of the HIP is to make selling a property simpler, quicker and less expensive - and help potential buyers make informed decisions more swiftly.

As a seller, there is no need fIor concern about HIP. Millsopps will manage the whole process for you and ensure the best possible price. We will instruct pack providers on your behalf, enabling the pack to be produced quickly and efficiently, allowing marketing to proceed.

For your information, all properties requiring a HIP must contain:

  • An Energy Performance certificate
  • A sales statement 
  • Evidence of Title 
  • Local authority searches 
  • Drainage and water searches 
  • Leasehold properties must also provide documents relating to the lease


Feedback to Sellers

Once marketing is underway, Millsopps appreciate that Sellers wish to be kept updated on progress. As such, we offer both an online tracking service and a monthly progress report.

Most importantly, when a property has been viewed, we request feedback from the potential buyer and report back immediately to the property owner.
