All applicants must have the desire to succeed, good communication skills, sound professional skills. Experienced applicants must be able to demonstrate sound experience in Estate Agency and have a strong commercial drive to generate business whilst effectively working within and leading a team.

Either full training or continued development is offered for each roll along with an excellent basic salary, uncapped earnings and a company car (depending on role)
